The '#' Token


In H, the # token is denote comments that are on their own line. It is not required behind a semicolon, but it is recommended.

Anything may be placed after the hash tag, because it will be ignored by the interpreter.

Example


The following are normal, acceptable comments:

# This is a comment.
print("Hello, world!"); # This is a comment.

However, this statement will cause an error that states
Unknown statement This is a comment.

This is a comment.
